To help make your stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick in Al Madinah as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs SAR 5 per hour.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast price. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Mövenpick reserves the right to refuse bookings with more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan. It is currently not possible to access the executive lounge. As per Covid19 Protocol and Instructed by local authority no guest is permitted to stay in the hotel without Tawakklna application on their mobile phone. Hence, please ensure to setup the application prior to reach the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
